REFUND POLICY

SugaringStore.com offers 30 days return policy on all unused, unopened items returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been opened and used cannot be returned due to the nature of merchandise that is being sold on www.sugaringstore.com.

The Following is our Standard Return Policy:

According to our FREE RETURNS Policy all orders are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Customers will not be charged a restocking fee or handling charges and
will be refunded the original purchase amount excluding shipping charges if item is returned within 30 days from the day of purchase and includes a valid RMA number inside the return
package.

Returns for Refunds and Exchanges:

Customers returns must be shipped with RMA number ( Return Merchandise Authorization).
RMA number can be obtained from customer service via email (info@sugaringstore.com) or Live Chat support.

You will be refunded the original amount excluding shipping within 24 hours of receipt of your return. Refund will be given in the form of a credit to your Credit / Debt card used when
placing the order.

Any Shipping charges that were paid to the shipping carrier are non Refundable.
