Product works amazing, had to switch where I purchased my sugar paste bc my original supplier doesn’t ship to Canada.
Don’t know why there’s many low reviews, if you know how to work with sugar paste it does the job very well! Just keep practicing on yourself. I heated it for 45-50 seconds in my microwave to get it malleable enough for my to scoop a little out (little goes a long way, I did my legs) and it cleared the hair nicely. My go to purchase from now on for doing my own hair removal 🙂
**(To take off the hair I apply it against the hair growth (my ankle up to my knee) and flick the sugar with hair growth to get hair off)**

Way too sticky. Even if you don’t heat it up. It worked for about 1 minute then went to mush after that. I tried it on 3 different occasions and it did the same thing each time. I was really hoping this would work but it turned out to be a waste of money. Very disappointed.

I have ordered this about 3+ times already and I enjoy using this property. It does last long enough and if I am too tired or do not have time I also go the salon to get my sugaring. Everything is the same and I enjoy the cost and quality of this product.

I’ve been using this paste for 5mos now and I’m a own a sugaring salon. I promise you, if you are a professional this brand is PERFECT! If you know how to mix well between firm and soft paste depending of your clients hair type and temp of the room, this paste will not fail you. I’ve been sugaring for 3 years I’ve done HUNDREDS of Brazilians in my career time, believe me when I say THIS is my go to brand. 🙏🏻

I was very excited to try this product, as I saw the good reviews. As soon as I received it I tested it. The experience with the firm was great, worked as expected; however, my experience with the all purpose was the worst Ive ever had. The wax is too soft and it does not come out for nothing! Just so you are aware, I did warm it up as instructed and I had the right texture before applying. Luckily, I always try products on my self, before using it on clients. It would have been extremely embarrassing if this had happened with a client.
I would like to request a refund for the “all purpose” item or an exchange for another “firm”.

An incredibly difficult product for someone unfamiliar with doing sugaring at home. No matter what the consistency was the stickiness got everywhere and was difficult to manage even while a more soft consistency. While it did remove some hair, it was frustrating that the result was inconsistent even with longer hairs and pulling against the growth of the hair. While someone who has more experience than me might enjoy this product, it’s something that I am likely not willing to use again.

I never use this kind of product before and I never do waxing. I always do plucking.
It takes a little time to get used to it. But overall Firm is great for bikini areas.

So, in comparison to other sugar wax on here, you get way more for your money. I was actually surprised at how big the container was.
I’m not a professional but I do have about 2 years of experience waxing myself.
I actually do know how to make my own wax. But, I hate making it and it doesn’t always come out right so I end up not waxing.
It does come with directions which are very helpful. I will say though, I choose to use wax strips. I’ve found it’s easier to get the right pulling force and motion when you’re waxing your own body. You can get a pack of 200 on here for $5 or you can cut up an old tshirt.
And lastly, I want to say: keep practicing. Don’t give up on the wax and don’t leave this company a bad review because you don’t know how to use it. Like any thing in life, you need to work at it. It’ll become easier as you practice. And hit your pits first before your bikini area.

Terrible, and not beginner friendly. This paste is too soft to work with. I did one without it being heated and with, nothing worked. The paste was not firm at all and just kept getting stringy.

Experienced Sugarist of 14 years here. This company only makes 2 types of sugar- firm and all purpose (soft)
I have enjoyed the quality of this product! I absolutely despise the packaging, although I understand why it’s done how it is to be spill proof. But I order a few at a time and it takes forever to get them all out of the packaging!
I highly recommend mixing the firm and all purpose soft. The firm gets way too hard to quickly for my preference. But it’s nice to use for certain clients with extremely course and difficult hair.
Overall I have been very happy with the product and continue to purchase from them in the future!
*update*
I had a “Firm” jar get very grainy at about 1/4 left. I could not use it in services. I’m not sure how or why that happened. I reached out to the seller and they explained once anything was opened it’s non refundable. I understand if there’s a faulty jar every once in a while, but if it happens again I don’t know if I will continue to order from this company.
